While it apparently takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks from application to uplist, keep in mind that Leo has been preparing for this for many months. I would not think it would take him longer than the "average". It has been four weeks now so it is likely that there are only two weeks ( or less) to go before uplisting. The new Directors could be named any day.
