Hi Baylor,
Here are couple of links to RI's research work on comparing Anatabine to several anti-inflammation drug on the market:

Especially the second link, pay close attention to the two black bar-lines above the chart. The top bars shown how effective Anatabine is against NF-kB(inflammation), and the most important, the lower bars shown how Anatabine treats the regular body cells like actin, it barely change nothing at all, comparing to Celebrex which almost wiped the actin out.
