I BELIEVE IT WOULD HIT .0007 and I believe it WILL go lower---HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA--just the "averaging down crowd" will SLOW its DESCENT (but not for long) and the "bomb" is being dropped, it is CALLED DILUTION or WELFARE ATM WITHDRAWLS.
