Well it's hump day, and I haven't seen that document that I'm waiting for yet so I will put this out now. Next month's 10-k may get real interesting.

First let's start with OS.

As of October 9, 2014, there were issued and outstanding 730,955,760 shares of Common Stock, and 51 shares of Series A Preferred Stock. Waiting for info on current share structure. that is another document that I'm waiting for, so it's actually 2 items I'm looking for.

Now this. It's already been established the Patten is now a subsidiary of IENG. In one of the 8-ks, it says that IENG had already gave Patten $80,000 for working capital.

Further, in addition to the $80,000 previously provided to Patten Energy for working capital,

11/26/14 8-k

Now we see that Patten has obtained another contract with another transportation authority.

DATE: December 3, 2014
TO: Board Chair Alan Wapner and Members of the Omnitrans Board of Directors
THROUGH: P. Scott Graham, CEO/General Manager
FROM: Jennifer M. Sims, Director of Procurement
SUBJECT: AUTHORIZE AWARD - CONTRACT MNT15-93 COOLANT SUPPLY SERVICES
FORM MOTION
Authorize the CEO/General Manager to award Contract MNT15-93 to Patten Energy Enterprises, Inc., of Los Angeles, CA, for the provision of Coolant Supply Services for a three (3) year period beginning January 1, 2015, and ending no later than December 31, 2018, in the amount of $81,593, plus a ten percent (10%) contingency of $8,159, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $89,752.

Since this deal closed before the FY 2014 end, I would expect to see this deal on the Patten subsidiary side of the 10-k. It's a much smaller contract, but what it shows is that the Patten Bankruptcy is firmly in the rearview mirror, and it's back to business as usual!

My final judgment on management will depend on how they make the public aware of these developments after they file their year end next month.

More docs to come!

Good luck to all stock holders, and stuck holders!
