I believe we haven't seen any news on the trademarks being filed is because they are uncertain as to which ones they will actually use and just because a trademark was filed for, it doesn't mean they will get it, as was the case with "charlotte's web". They have filed previously for a couple trademarks that pertain to pain treatment, which are "Nulief" & "Levamen". I think we will get a much better idea what trademarks they will actually use at the CBD launch event. Personally I prefer "Nulief" as I think it would resonate the best with consumers. Cheers!
