from my reading of the regulations PLUG were compliant with the rules, although I hope the document was filed on the 2nd to make sure it was in the 60 day window.

More concerning is that at the business update they were all set to announce on the 26th. But I guess the accountants/auditors found something that took time to address. All will become apparent in 2 weeks.

If I were them I would announce HD now and not wait.
