You may be right about the share price going into and just after ER....
We will find out soon enough (by March 10 or 11 I guess....)
{personally, I think the opposite is more likely but short-term price action is as predictable as the weather}

But the far more important question is what will happen to the share price after that??? ....2015-2016

Do you not agree that the liklihood of a major rise is much greater than the likelihood of a major fall... Say for the rest of 2015 or 2015-2016???

It sure seems like the max risk near term pales in comparison to the likely long term major appreciation...

And since good news could come at any time, why trade in and out and risk being out when major positive news hits???

These next few weeks are gonna be exciting!!! ... And then WoC gets filed in May....

IMHO, ZTE will settle this year for >$200m (and could be $450m) and it could happen any time...
I'll be as long as possible when that happens.
