Has this company ever announced anything but worthless and useless distributorships over the years? They don't announce anything that would be considered a negative for investors.

1) They don't announce when diluting...
2) They don't announce when given FDA rejection letters...
3) They don't announce when given FDA warning letters...
4) They don't announce when delisting shares with the SEC and going PINKY
5) They don't announce when sales suck...
6) They don't announce reverse splits either!
