Based on technicals, the Today's closing price was what I was expecting. There was no pure catalyst to jump above the 2BB, so to see the SP resting on top of the 2BB line is fine with me. Tomorrow will be a very interesting day... I wish I could call sick and look at the screen the whole damn day. BTW, DHS is funded and that is very good news for IMSC, so the protest resolution does not get affected by the prospects of a TSA with empty pockets.
