Qtrax bought BLLN (Brilliant Technologies) so they could get a company that already has stock in the market. This way they avoided getting a real business running and waiting to get listed on the exchanges.

So Klepto bought BLLN and just trashed any other products they had and just set up Qtrax to run his fraud through.

Now that there is no stock left it is harder for him to defraud people but he still runs his tupperware investment type parties to sucker unsuspecting individuals to invest in this fraud.

Butch Klepto has even posted many times on here along with Lance and their PR rep.
