Doesn't make sense. If I had $450K worth of stock I'd just transfer it into another account? Kind of want to make a bad joke about the Dutch still being occupied by Germany....but I won't 
The selling pressure response makes sense, but the 55K +/-.03 in 5 minutes is odd. Perhaps my "laundering" joke is plausible and someone used this method to quickly transfer shares internationally?
