Not sure what this possible lawsuit is about. But,
a few yrs after plug had gone public I received a mailing about a class action lawsuit against them, around 2001. Even though I made money off trading plug,cause a bought a few days after its offering and sold around 100, I filled out the paper work but never heard anything again.
