Pottsville, read the section titled Preferred Shares in the quarterly and draw your own conclusions.

Just the fact the CEO can Issue shares practically at will to himself is something else.

And it would be very easy to sell up to several thousand dollars per day over the time period .

Will be interesting to see how many class B he issued to himself in November of 2014
