Well lets see it went from 150 million A/S to 1 BILLION in late November to only go from the 1 BILLION to 20 BILLION in February.They are passing out shares by the hundreds of millions way under .0001 just to pay down the interest on the notes. They have a lien on them by the IRS for well over 1 million dollars for again not paying their payroll taxes.The CEO claimed in 2014 the revenue would be a MINIMUM 30 million and it didn't come close to that. Need I go on as there is tons more problems with this company.
