This stock is boom or bust - straight up. It's either going to make every investor a LOT of money and make the skeptical kick themselves or it's going to ruin the faithful and justify those who were wary. I don't see a lot of middle ground at this point in the game, but caution is warranted imo. This is far from a sure thing and it's easy to think about how life changing it'd be if this hit dollar territory, but it would be prudent to think about what could happen if this all falls through and where that would leave investors (ie. you).

SEC won't investigate, that's just wishful thinking. They have no reason to. Kallo execs are gonna be fine; we're the ones taking all the risk here.
