topdawg, once the Bodie settlement was reached, the dilution stopped. Makes one wonder what exactly the phrase "being reinstated in its entirety" means. Perhaps additional funds made available that has stopped the conversions? Remember, the Bodie settlement occurred shortly after Marani Brands announced that a partnership had been finalized for distribution in Brazil/South America. Perhaps that enticed Bodie to settle knowing that it was true, and big money/rev's are on the horizon from the SA partnership. They then saw an opportunity to push the other financers aside and take the driver seat. It was also at that time when buy volume consistently started out pacing sell volume, thereby showing someone was accumulating shares on a large scale.

If this theory continues to hold water, which it has to this point based on the lack of conversion share selling, the pps could turn north at any moment pending a confirmation PR... We shall see...
