If you can't see what is going on here.....let me refresh....

IMO

Roy waits on the bid to grow....in otherwords, those suckers who put in an order for "cheap shares". When that order grows.....forming a nice size bid....Roy dumps on that order(s) by adding new shares. So yes.....He sells the suckers shares and gets their money.

Now those new shareholders wish for a run. A run is hard here as the rate of dilution is too high to overcome.

Great product....really....but has failed the market test run.....and the company is in tremendous debt.
