You need to read the filing carefully. This acquisition will provide cash so we may continue our progress with our R&D and completion of our planned deal with Itron. But the picture is much bigger than that. What we have built and spent so much time and money has multipole applications in many industries. We are just taking advantage of that. When revenues start coming in from HT, I am sure the tune will change.
