I can understand now why the insiders want to be able to dump shares. Finding buyers for a stock with fully diluted 60 billion shares isn't easy.

BTW, this seems to be the new stinky pinkie move - give yourself a bazillion shares, then announce "voluntary cancellation" or "buyback" of a few as though it's great news.
