Overkill??? LOL.

This is the first penny stock that most are aware of that went to the lengths it did with the shareholder meeting and then cancelled the day before. That is a first.

So much like other suspended pennies with interesting shenanigans, KMAG is up there...potential scam Hall of Fame stuff.

...but certainly don't wait for the opportunity to pass!!!!!!
