From what I am seeing here posted by alleged insiders, the courts and municipalities are growing. The jails are failing and may be sold off. (We know they lost several.) So a bad division sold off would probably generate vey little revenue for the company, let alone the stockholders. As for making money, the heavy debt including all agreements and the Form D agreements need to be eliminated before stockholders see anything I believe. JMHO and GLTA!
