That is one investment strategy...I guess.

CEO of a suspended grey market stock spends two years making unfulfilled promises...spends two months pumping a shareholder meeting where all will be revealed and then cancels it the day before. Stock board gets all kinds of attention due to the CEO's antics...

...so naturally it must be a great investment.

What could go wrong?
