That is why I am still sticking to these previous thoughts posted below about DKSC . The previous DKSC news with Sunset Capital Assets, Inc. (SSBN) announced SSBN to only be as an ”Advisor” to DKSC. This recent news with SSBN now announces DKSC as a 50/50 Joint Venture Partner with SSBN.

DKSC is doing a 50/50 Joint Venture with a company (SSBN) that has over $2 Billion in Assets and and over $500 Million in Equity and trades over $1.00+ per share:
