Virtra vs. FAAC :

Defendant, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully requests an additional extension of time until March 9, 2015, to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint. Counsel for Defendant has consulted with counsel for Plaintiff regarding this requested extension of time and Plaintiff’s counsel is unopposed to this requested extension.


The relief requested herein is for good cause and will not result in undue delay in the administration of this case. An enlargement of time for filing Defendant’s response is necessary due to the ongoing settlement discussions between the parties.
