I appreciate your candor and wish you well.

You have shot it fairly straight regarding the recent actions, and may have not been as well aware of the previous antics of CEO Chua, Sandy Anderson, and others. Have not heard that Pat Hundley has been sprung from jail in Costa Rica nor that he has had trial either. Don't know the current status there.

One of the very best indicators IMO of the legitimacy of current and future company claims is the history of the claims that have come before.

I seriously doubt there are any shorts here, even penny hedges which have different requirements/restrictions than retailers.

Must remember that Oveedia is just what the Hotel PURE and FROL booking systems evolved into, and none of those ever worked since inception which was around 2009.

It is just a story, and now being solely based out of Costa Rica we do not have the boots on the ground availability as before when OTHM was in Salt Lake City and Vancouver BC, to a degree. At least there in name and "offices".

OTHM wound up having a ban in Canada which unfortunately did not continue over to the US market to disable this insider enrichment scheme. In the end the previous officers and insider affiliates banked in the arena of 5 to 10 million from the sales of discounted, hidden and highly dilutive shares to the market. Previous CEO Chua and Anderson were slapped on the wrist IMO with minimal fiscal penalties. So be it. I post my research to try to educate the general public to my findings and opinion thereof.

Point is the past of PNOW has a closet stuffed full of skeletons. And that the present is just more of the past.

There are at least two people that post on this board that claimed there wasn't any property. But now that Melviin has stated they shoudldn't have purchased the property..and will be divesting themselves of it...doesn't that prove there as real estate? There's also the matter of the "Development Partners" which gives this even more legitimacy. Perhaps, even you could admit to that. Yes?

I never thought there were any actual assets, property in this case, actually owned by PNOW at any time. So "Development Partners" does not mean anything to me, that is a figment of Pereira's imagination and protected, to a degree, PR bull.

I wish you well sir. PNOW will never magically become legitimate and no legitimate investment partners would touch this stock.

Recall what happened in the end with all the Pat Hundley legitimate investor merger BS - That wound up with Hundley jailed for fraud in Costa.

Some party may fire up yet another huge promo campaign to try and run another pump and dump with this scam ticker, you never know. As far as legitimacy of any actual business goes this has long been proven to not be the case for years now.

OTHM, now PNOW is the exact same company from past to present - All talk and no walk.
