This is a case in which our friend Fong was adjudged to owe $1 million on a a guaranty. He appealed and lost in 2013. http://minnlawyer.com/wp-files/fulltext-052013/opa121153-051313.html
anyone know if the creditors have been able to collect? Isn't Fong's stock here worth something?
