Many may have missed these two posts from early this a.m. on ST...
I don't know what the sources are for this but maybe someone with an ST account can ask vrng24 where he got this from:

"1Dec2014 ZTE warehouse in Brazil raided by court, court officer seized documents & equipment in violation of Brazilian injunction."


"On 5Dec2014, Vringo re-filed its lawsuit in Germany against ZTE for infringement of the German part of EP 1 212 919"


2015 shaping up to be rough year for ZTE... 2016 worse still...

Maybe they should take a global license to Vringo's IP!
