Looks like it closed at the HIGH ($.74 ). Noticed a 66,000. block trade at the close on an uptick. Above avg volume is an added positive. "Volume is a weapon of the Bull".

Technicals continue to improve and starting to show noticeably.

I'll bet there more news/orders this week.
