only radient was allowed to sell the test in the USA, that's the problem with LDT limited approval from the FDA, no partnering or 3rd party marketing . . . you go it alone under LDT . . .

AMDL diagnostics inc. does exist in DE . . . your shares are not associated with said company . . .
