I could not find any access to court records on their website.

If you think you have enough documentation of wrongdoing by Stan, Gill, and the late Art, I say, go ahead to the SEC or whatever agency has jurisdiction. It's better to come forward before any statue of limitations gets exceeded.

Any court case would take a year or more to be resolved. I doubt it would hurt POW! shareholders in the short run.
