Just do at least one thing and ask Molen for the share structure here. Forget everything else. Get him to post that. He told us all last summer he would be updating it and then stopped doing it. If he issued shares and sold them then he lied to us. He told me the other night on Twitter that it's in the filings yet that's only the AS. The OS and float are not in there

And speaking of that I have read all the filings Michael and I'm the one who had to ride you for over 3 months that a page was incorrect in showing the amount of authorized shares was 50 billion. He couldn't even file unaudited financials right without a share holder pointing this out to him and he actually filed again with the 50 bil still showing. He finally fixed it then I found something more interesting

In Wyoming where VGPR is registered you can have unlimited shares. That's right. Unlimited. The AS could very well be 50 bil and he is trying to cover his tracks.

Biochar is a very real product. Biochar now is a real company. James Gaspard is a real business man who owns Biochar now. What isn't adding up is why Molen needs to cover up things. Why does he need to lie and cover up the share structure. They have a business that can sell products but he has to do things like last Friday and post pics from the VCOR website. That's just crappy fro everyone and it leads me to think he only knows how to do business by being dishonest.
