They didn't do it to not hurt Gaspard. They did it to get out of the deal with Joe James and essentially screw him and take it all. This is the red flag for me. Molen used all this to get the share price up of VGPR and then took off. I bet he promised the issuance of shares to raise the money he needed to be apart of the deal and when they found VCOR new they could take it over and then be a 2 man company with both biochar and biocoal and then Not have to pay the 2 mil to Joe James to be apart of the Allendale plant.
