The court could not take "Projections" into consideration, and I doubt very seriously that the EYETALK365 LAWYERS" would give a PR release. Lets not forget that the APPLE lose has set a ***PRECEDENT*** in REVOS' FAVOR !! Although attacking the "EDUCATION of the plantiff in that case may have swayed the JURY AWARD it is most critical that the PATENT INFFRINGEMENT was upheld based completely on "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PATENTS".
