The opinion of the SAIC?

The SAIC study that was "leaked" into the public domain sharing statistics that, if true, would have PTOI/JBII making money hand over fist these days? And, if true and PTOI/JBII stands behind it, why have they instead made the business decision to NOT RUN processors while hemorrhaging money?

The same SAIC study that PTOI/JBII PR'ed shouldn't be relied on?
"neither the SAIC report nor the executive summary should be relied on as management's analysis or opinion regarding JBI's current strategic plan or its business or financial prospects. Furthermore, the conclusions drawn by SAIC were based upon a number of assumptions made at the time of the report that may be outdated or incorrect or that may prove to be incorrect in the future. Management's current assumptions may differ and additional events, risks and uncertainties may cause JBI's actual results and performance to differ from SAIC conclusions or projections."

The same SAIC study that PTOI/JBII continued to reference after PR'ing that it shouldn't be relied on?
Bordynuik said in an April 2013 investor call, "In April of 2012, we had our most comprehensive audit of the Plastic2Oil process by a world renowned, independent third party engineering firm, SAIC. SAIC validated and verified the technology and economics of the P2O process."

And, wasn't the PTOI/JBII time with the SAIC before Processor 3's release and before the introduction to heat transfer fluid (HTF) and the costs associated with HTF?

Lets also not lose sight of the huge question marks that surround the way in which the SAIC study was leaked.

"Leaking" the SAIC study may have protected PTOI/JBII's accountability at first but the company's continued reference of the study to prove economic viability should put the company right back in a compromised position, right?

It's pretty sad that we as shareholder are genuinely left to guess if the study is legit or if "conclusions drawn by SAIC were based upon a number of assumptions made at the time of the report that may be outdated or incorrect or that may prove to be incorrect in the future.", right?
