It depends on what the buyout price is and what it takes into account. I'd be happy with any offer over $2.5.
I'm taking into account a successful Stan Lee Comics venture, and more than one movie moving into production ("Chakra", "Romeo & Juliet", "Annihilator", "Apollo Rising", "Legion of 5", or something else).
I probably won't like any offer that doesn't take into account the various "in development" projects POW! has, after all Stan Lee and the SEC filings keep mentioning lots of "in production" projects.
