It's really doubtful the Supreme Court would waste their time with this case. The Stan Lee Media shareholders are out of luck. They may or may not have ever had a case, but, they clearly waited too long to sue.

If they want to continue to sue Stan Lee, let them become POW! shareholders. That is something I could get behind.
