Just spoke to Dennis Alexander and I had both a pleasant and somewhat informative conversation with him on a variety of subjects involving BOI, EFIR and MNVN. Mr. Alexander explained he was unable to address much of what we as stockholders in one or more of these companies would love to know. But I knew that would be the case, as much of those inquiries would require that he divulge inside trading.

That said, he did state that the challenges have been great and they are continuing. He stated that he has relied on a variety of lawyers and that in some cases this has resulted in failure. He provided me with some background information, spoke of the failed "hostile takeover" of EFIR by a hedgefund in the past and how that led to the acquisition/Creation of Mondial.

We did not go into any real discussion of the EFIR business status, but when informed that MNVN was now in default he seemed genuinely surprised. He told me he had just received a reminder to address the business listing by May 31st. We discussed the possibility of the status reflecting the resignation of the registered agent, and he agreed with me that was the likely cause. In any event, he is now aware and intends to address that. We will simply need to monitor the Nevada Secretary of State Site for updates, and I will keep the board updated.

As to the future, he was unable to provide me with any "inside information" or plan as again speaking of such would be in violation of trading regulation and law. He would only say that he and a small staff continue to work and he has no intention of walking away. I did however come out of the conversation with a "feeling" that we should not expect anything NEW, but instead that things will most likely remain as is for now. Based on that, I truly expect to see the 10th and 11th 8K this week, continued attempts to return BOI to trading status, the return of MNVN to a current and registered company, and nothing new whatsoever in regard to EFIR.

All that said, I actually came out of the conversation with a new outlook, and slightly encouraged as to the future. I like each of you holding a position in any of these companies will be watching carefully. Should anyone have a specific question, please ask and if it was mentioned during the 10 or so minute conversation, I will be happy to let you know. But again, there was NO DISCUSSION of future plans. We only discussed the past and some CURRENT conditions. GLTA!!
