MyMedicalRecords Signs Patent License Agreement With Salutopia, a Leading Patient Information EHR Provider

LOS ANGELES, CA and HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Jun 25, 2014) - MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCQB: MMRF), through its wholly owned subsidiary, MyMedicalRecords, Inc. (collectively, "MMR"), and Salutopia, Inc. jointly announced the signing of a patent license agreement. The agreement calls for MMR to receive license fees based on a percentage of the gross sales of Salutopia products and services currently projected at more than $50,000,000 based on Salutopia's sales pipeline.

According to Fred Zolla, Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer for Salutopia, "Incorporating MMR's licensed products in our current service offerings ensures our clients a higher level of protection and gives us an advantage over our competitors."
