I really thought we were done with all of those shares and the only additional shares that can be introduced were those coming in June/July. What I don't get is you would think Sam would be very cautious about selling more shares since isn't all about making money by selling the company for x in the future? His shares are getting diluted the more he sells. Maybe he has no other choice vs. investing his own money. I guess the good thing is they are finding someone(s) and convinced them to invest $500,000, which would be restricted until June/July. Whomever that is, they sold them on that huge investment, so maybe that says something. Maybe they have privileged info. We all may just be stuck here long enough until Jala is doing very well and that creates enough demand for the stock to be able to absorb all of these shares and have a chance to go up. That's a lot of demand and hard to see this happening by Christmas at this point.
