Do you care address other employees not being full time employees of the company and have other ventures? You make it sound like this isn't a big deal. I would think if someone left a company that going to make "hundreds of millions" in the next few years and to be there at the begining of it all. Only to leave and take a job for a non profit that 9 out of 10 times pays peanuts has to be alarming.
