Question? What Do Counterfeit SemiConductors and Recalcitrant Cancer Have In Common

Answer: Eradication of both covered in the National Defense Authorization Act.(NDAA). Playing with ya'll bit. But no fooling. FYI here.2012 was the first year funds were set aside deterring counterfeits in the DoD supply chain. 2013 the Recalcitrant Cancer Act was included as a rider in the NDAA.

Glad you guys kept the lights on here:).Worked like a dog:) for my wife today. On NATIONAL PURPLE LIGHT memorial vigils (ours in Orlando, Florida) for Pancreatic Cancer victims, She's the chairwoman for Central Florida's PANcreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN) affiliate group.

I say she's a lobbyist (unpaid). She'll vehemently deny that. She goes to Washington each year with other zealots to beat on House and Senate members. This will be her 10th year at it. 8th year got the act to direct the National Cancer Institute to actually include Pancreatic Cancer in their funding studies. Within the recalcitrant cancer group (real bad ones, lung and breast). I was surprised to find out 10 or so years ago it wasn't. Real surprised it was included in the NDAA. Familiar with that because of the 2012 section on counterfeit penalties and detection.

1st passed in 2012, yeah! Watered down by Semiconductor Industry Association lobbyists every year since.
Politics has held us back and is a reality we got to live with.

We'll see tomorrow how the market views our Board Members moves. It's a long play, obviously.
