Mgmt does NOT need to file an amended filing. As has been previously posted .. dolts require 50 percent re: sigs. P2O has 2 directors.
Math works out to one signature for said filing. And anyone can contact the dolts (sec) directly and verify (i.e. Do their own DD).

This is beyond amusing.


Btw based on most 'recent' DD, my buyout price tag went to 1.2B in the last 2 weeks. Colluding entities can only pray for that coming to pass.
