Marani Brands Inc. (MRIB)

I spoke to someone close to the Marani camp, real close. They were very open in our discussion. I'm a shareholder but I knew going in that investing in a penny stock / pink sheet stock that I was rolling the dice and odds are not great. Long story short the info I received is that Marani has a good product but the company is not doing good business, like paying their bills and not paying their people like a normal company.
