We've seen this logic before. It is ridiculous. We've seen all sorts of analogies like a citizen would owe his doctor 100% of his assets and income indefinitely if he saved his life. If the doctor didn't perform the surgery, the patient may not have recovered.

There is no logic for trumping the law and there is no logic to support theft or breaking the constitution.

Maybe we should tell Jim Cramer that MSNBC should create an amendment to his employee contract to take 100% of his income because without allowing him airtime on their station, his career may not have been successful.
