delaware law is legal, mac did it legally . . .

and a 2010 VS? . . . so where are provista's results from the VS? . . .

as of may '14 the company was BROKE . . . the SOL is 4 years to file, 10 years to collect on a judgement, the lender debt was a NY case, judgement entered in 2011, that's why i think 2021 is when the debt disappears . . .

i'm trying to pick the pocket of the big guys, while they're too busy robbing the bank to notice . . . long only . . .
