Why would they cancel the Reverse Split? This is a ATM machine for insiders. Once they are stuck at this level, with a huge Authorized Share count, these little stinkers do a reverse.

Then the dilution starts all over again, after the reverse.



Additionally, as part of the Reverse Stock Split, the number of authorized shares of preferred stock will not be reduced, and the number of authorized shares of common stock will only be reduced from 9,000,000,000 to 2,000,000,000. The Reverse Stock Split will therefore have the result of creating newly authorized shares of common stock and preferred stock.
