More unsubstantiated spin. What happened to herbalfinancialsolutions.com......what happened to the original commitment that stated no Reverse Split.....what happened to the new ONCO-EMS stock symbol....what happened to every promise they made regarding CWIR. And just as Finra walked away from CWIR, they will walk away from these two con artists for ONCO or whatever this so-called new trumped up merger is supposed to be. Glad that SEC and Finra around to cull out the cons. From what I can see there is no authorized Reverse Split other than "Randolph" announcing it on IHUB.
