I agree 360!! But the only thing I'm concerned about in a cases like this is politics. REVO's technology is so far reaching. My Goodness! Are they going to have a jury, or will the judge make the final decision on this case? Does anybody know? Hopefully, REVO will get a fair shake, for sure they have a clear advantage (patents) in court. What does AlarmForce have? Well yah, they have deep pockets but so does Microsoft. Or, was it Apple who just recent lost an infringement case against a little guy, so to speak?
