Isn't the share count only 70,000,000? another 10/1 down to 7,000,000? any buying pressure at all with that count would shoot the price up big time!! LOL isn't that what was said on last reverse split? sounds like the punch line to a bad joke. kind of like this company at this point... a bad joke on any shareholders still left.
This could be a point of contention though... didnt MF and his buddy convert preferred stock to common stock valued at .025?
If this is the case, and if they hold enough shares, and don't sell, (wishful thinking) then couldn't that mean shares are bottomed out at current levels?
I do think shorts have this ticker by the hair of the back of thier head and keep driving it down. but, if agtk can show positive revenue through land lease deals coming to fruition and actually producing income... its off to the races.
financials will be due soon enough... the turn around... is it this quarter or next? always the next quarter... just hang on a little longer.... LOL
At this point... What the hell... I am a buyer at .025 and double my position for $1500
