I like MREIT dividend plays. ARR looking kinda hurt tho. Many dividend cuts. I admit i am not to knowledgable on them, except for the dividends I have been receiving elsewhere. Hands on experience makes me want to educate myself to higher levels of thought process and investor consciousness with these plays

my main question with ARR:

If taxable income is 41 million and 53 million is paid out in dividend? Isn't this "borrowing from Peter to pay Paul"?
And how long can this go on before people see this as a pyramid scheme?
